The 360 Lifestyle Coaching program is a key part of our 6-Year Aftercare Program.

Designed to help patients optimize their weight loss and sustain progress, this program combines ongoing coaching with group support to develop healthy eating patterns and manage stress and food triggers for unintended eating .

Available solely through our clinic, the 360 Lifestyle Coaching Program adds a unique dimension to aftercare that other clinics don’t include.

Led by our Certified Professional Coach, Lisa Roberts, this program is designed to enhance your weight loss journey by helping you build sustainable, healthy eating habits and effectively manage stress and unintended eating patterns. Through personalized coaching in a supportive group of fellow 360 Sleeve patients, you’ll gain the tools, guidance, and community support essential for maximizing your weight loss potential and achieving lasting success.

How it Works

Join us for all 4 sessions – and retake them any time you need extra support.

Week 1: Understanding the Challenge of Change

Explore psychological and physiological factors influencing habits and pinpoint triggers and patterns for progress.

Week 2: Implementing Strategies for Change (Part 1)

Begin implementing strategies for change, focusing on foundational elements to support your journey towards your goals.

Week 3: Implementing Strategies for Change (Part 2)

Building on the strategies from the previous week, delve deeper into practical methods and tools to help you effectively implement lasting change in your habits and routines.

Week 4: Sustaining Positive Change

Learn how to maintain these changes over the long term, empowering you to keep up your progress and achieve lasting success.

I joined the 360 Lifestyle Coaching Group to get extra support after my gastric sleeve surgery, and it’s been incredible. I’m 9 months post-op and have been stuck at my current weight for a few weeks now. I’ve struggled with emotional eating and unintended eating all my life. The surgery helps me eat less, but I’m still worried my old habits will creep back up. The coaching helps me stay mindful of my habits and learn ways to direct my focus away from food. The change buffet is great, as it give me different strategies for different scenarios. Overall I’m more in tuned with myself now. The group sessions are uplifting, and it’s comforting to hear what others are going through. The workbook is a fantastic resource that I can always refer back to.
