01Do I qualify for weight-loss surgery?
It depends on your BMI, your health history and your goals. Most people we see have a BMI of 30 or higher. The Find your fit tool on this page gives you a first answer in under a minute, and a surgeon makes the final call at your free consultation.

02Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Meet the team, ask anything and leave with a clear plan and price. It can be in person at our clinic in North York or online, and there is no obligation.

03Is $13,900 really the full price?
Yes. For the gastric sleeve, $13,900 covers your surgeons, anesthesia, the facility and six years of aftercare, with taxes included. SADI-S is $23,000, ESG is $16,000 and TORe is $14,500, also with taxes included.
What each price includes -
04Is it covered by OHIP? Can I finance it?
Surgery at 360 Sleeve is private, so OHIP does not cover it. Many patients use financing through Beautifi or Medicard, with fixed monthly payments over 6 months to 6 years and no prepayment fees.

05How do I get ready for surgery?
Bloodwork, pre-op checks and a short pre-op diet, guided by your dietitian. If you need meal replacements before surgery, a two-week supply is included.

06How soon can I go home?
Most gastric sleeve patients go home the same day. A recovery nurse stays with you for the first hours after surgery. Most people take 1 to 3 weeks off work, depending on their job.
